Negotiation Skills for Women: The science and the art

As the saying goes, "you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate." Research consistently shows that women are less
likely to ask for a raise or negotiate for a salary. This program is designed to raise awareness of the wage gap, how bias plays a role,
and share negotiation techniques to help empower women to get what they deserve.

Join CFA Society Boston virtually as we host Suzanne Norman, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 12:00pm -1:00pm.

Speaker
Suzanne Norman
Suzanne is a certified coach, speaker, financial literacy expert and lives by the motto, “Scientia potentia est” – knowledge is power. And when we have self-knowledge – who we are and what we want – we are much more likely to get it.
She discovered through coaching how to listen to her inner voice, one that directed her towards a new chapter in her life devoted to empowering women. Instead of calling this her retirement, she calls this her “rewirement.”
