VI. How to Manage the Sharing of Your Information
Members and registered CFA BOSTON website users who have a profile with CFA BOSTON may update their profiles, delete their account, or opt-out of any of these preferences online. You can manage your profile and e-mail preferences, including opting out of e-mail, by going to www.cfaboston.org. You may also change your CFA Institute account preferences by logging into your CFA Institute account or emailing [email protected]
. Additionally, if you prefer to receive mailings only from the CFA BOSTON and have your name and address removed from the list we provide to certain companies, please contact us. Please be advised that opting out of all CFA BOSTON emails can cause problems if you are a member; the majority of member communications are sent via email. If you decide to opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as digital receipts and messages about your account or our ongoing business relations.
If you use the Career Center job board as a job seeker, your username and password are transmitted securely to the company that maintains that area of our site. If you use the Career Center as an employer, you will need to set up a separate account, stored on a separate database maintained by the company that maintains that area of our site.
