CFA Society Boston began implementing a three-year strategic plan in 2021. With the input of society members, volunteers, leadership and staff it was determined the focus would be on 3 main pillars.
In addition to these main pillars the society will have an overarching foundational, diverse community goals, including building a diverse, engaged, and supportive network of peers committed to advancing the profession of investment management in an ethical manner.

CFA Society Boston was founded in 1946 and incorporated in 1969. CFA Society Boston is a founding member society of CFA Institute. The articles of Organization and Bylaws outline information regarding ethics and standards of professional conduct, meetings of members, membership, elections of Board of Directors and officers, and types and duties of officers and committees.
