Ken brings a uniquely broad perspective on the environmental and energy markets to his current role as the co-founder and president of Blue Delta Energy, a New Haven based firm that works with municipalities, cooperatives and public agencies, private equity and pension funds, and commercial and industrial clients in accessing incentive funding programs to support their sustainability initiatives. Over the past three plus decades he has seen new technologies and a changing regulatory environment continually reinvent the traditional energy sector, and in 2008 he left Citigroup and moved over to the rapidly evolving renewable energy industry. He has spent the past decade representing his clients before state and federal regulators including the EPA as well as many state legislatures. Ken functions as a stakeholder in designing and implementing the policies to support these emerging technologies, then translates those policies into actionable strategies, and finally executes those strategies primarily by transacting in the various environmental credit markets on behalf of his clients. In addition to his role in organizing several ad hoc stakeholder coalitions, he currently serves as a board member for the Environmental Markets Association and the Midwest Renewable Energy Tracking System.
