Justin McBride

 Justin is a transformational leader with 20 years of experience using AI/GenAI, data & technology to drive revenue and margin lift while embedding new cross-functional ways of working to sustain growth long-term.  He has successfully served several Fortune 100 & PE-backed companies on large-scale initiatives that drove 5-10% incremental growth, and served others on key cost reduction and organizational effectiveness initiatives.  His experience spans Retail, Consumer, Distribution, Technology, Telco & Financial Service sectors.

Prior to joining PwC, Justin was a Managing Director and Partner at BCG X. He has played a leading role in advancing the firm’s capabilities in AI/GenAI-powered growth, digital operating models, and data-driven transformation across multiple industries for both Corporate and PE clients.

He holds a BS and MEng in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT, and an MBA with Distinction from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. 

Amit Shankar

Amit Shanker is the Founder and CEO of Bloom AI, a company he launched in 2021 to help financial firms unlock value from data through AI-native intelligence solutions. Prior to founding Bloom AI, he was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Evalueserve, where he led the financial services analytics and research practice and established the firm’s U.S. research center.

 Over his career, Amit has advised more than 50 Fortune 1000 firms across capital markets, insurance, investment management, and consulting. He is active in the U.S. and India start-up ecosystems and serves as a board advisor to two startups based in Silicon Valley and India. He is also a founding member of the Triangle Analytics Leadership (TAL) Forum, a community of data and AI leaders from Fortune 1000 companies and top universities.

 Amit is based in Raleigh, NC, and frequently travels to India.
