Bill Li, CFA, CAIA (Director of Portfolio Completion Strategies, Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management)
Bill C. Li is an Investment Director at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (“MassPRIM”). Bill oversees investment activities for MassPRIM’s Hedge Fund portfolio and Real Asset portfolio; he also designed the pension fund’s innovative asset allocation framework. Previously, Bill held various positions at CoStar Group in Boston and at Allianz SE in Frankfurt, Germany. Bill holds the CFA designation and the CAIA designation; he also serves on the Board of CFA Society Boston. Bill holds an M.A. from Brandeis University and an M.S. from Cornell University.

Asha Metha, CFA (Global Delta Capital – Managing Partner & CIO)
Asha Mehta, CFA, is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Global Delta Capital and the author of the book, Power of Capital: An Adventure Capitalist’s Journey to a Sustainable Future. Her thematic focus includes Emerging & Frontier Markets and Sustainable Investing.
She was previously an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Lead Portfolio Manager and Director of Responsible Investing at Acadian Asset Management. Early in her career, she conducted microfinance lending in India. She has traveled to over 80 countries and lived in six.
Asha is a market maker and investment pioneer. She managed the world’s first Frontier markets fund as well as the first institutional actively managed Emerging Markets Fossil Fuel Free fund. She launched one of the earliest onshore China strategies in the United States. Separately, Asha led the first quantitative investor to become a signatory to the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investing, which now oversees more than $100 trillion in investment assets.
Asha was named one of the Top 10 Women in Asset Management by Money Management Executive and profiled as a “Brilliant Quant” by Forbes magazine. Asha is an active advocate of financial literacy and financial empowerment. She is a supporter of several related organizations, including Compass Working Capital and 100 Women in Finance.
Asha holds an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.S., Biological Sciences, and A.B., Anthropology, from Stanford University. She lives between Boston and Florida with her husband and three children.

Gil Haddad, CFA (Fidelity Investments – Head of Advanced Strategies and Research)
Gil Haddad is head of advanced strategies and research in the Quantitative Research and Investments division at
Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning,
portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions,
financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. Haddad is a senior leader of the Quantitative Research and Investments team, responsible for
harnessing Fidelity’s proprietary and alternative data, deep fundamental expertise, and strong quantitative capabilities
to continue to drive growth for the firm across our equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class strategies. In addition, his
teams leads the effort of harnessing generative AI for investment applications.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Haddad was leading the fundamental research at Point72’s central book, where he was
responsible for systematizing the fundamental investing process. Additionally, as head of big data and analytics, he
built the internal Big Data and Analytics team at Balyasny Asset Management. Before that, he worked at
Schlumberger, where he launched the data science organization and held multiple leadership roles. He also served
as a data scientist and was responsible for machine learning research at Schlumberger and GE Software.
Mr. Haddad earned his bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from the American University of
Beirut, his master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his
PhD in engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

John Dolan, CFA (Summit Partners – Director of Public Equities Marketing and Research)
Mr. Dolan joined Summit Partners in 2017, serves as the Director of Public Equities Marketing and Research and leads investor relations efforts for Summit Partners’ public equity funds. Prior to joining Summit, he was Head of Business Development and Director of Research at Tudor Investment Corporation and an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Dolan holds a B.A. in English and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
