Tech Talk: A Conversation about Advisors’ Critical Systems and Current Tech Trends

Join Schwab’s Jonathan Wojtkun, Senior Consultant—Business Consulting Services, for a discussion about technology challenges facing advisor firms today. Issues will include:

- Key considerations when identifying, evaluating, and replacing technology within an organization.
- Trends and innovations in vendor services
- COVID 19 adaptations—what are best practices in this all-virtual new world
- Cyber Security—what are the threats (new and old), firm responsibilities under SEC rules, and the steps firms can take to strengthen their programs.

This informal chat will leave ample time for attendees to ask specific technology-related questions.  Members of small and medium size firms may find this discussion especially helpful given Schwab’s experience serving thousands of such advisors.
