Andrew Z. Tubman, CFA
Managing Director and Director, Endowments and Foundations Strategies
As director, Endowments and Foundations Strategies, Andrew oversees the firm’s Endowment and Foundation (E&F) relationships and is responsible for identifying, sharing, and acting upon the major trends occurring within the nonprofit community. In this capacity, he sets the firm’s strategy for our partnerships with E&Fs, synthesizes information on relevant industry trends, develops thoughtful and actionable investment insights, and works directly with our clients as well as various groups at Wellington Management to ensure the firm is well-positioned as a trusted resource and solutions provider for our clients. Before joining the firm in 2000, Andrew held various roles at Egon Zehnder International (1998) and Andersen Consulting (1996 – 1998). Andrew received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan, 2000) and his BBA from Emory University (1996).
