Speaker Bio

Andrew Junkin is the Chief Investment Officer for the State of Rhode Island. He oversees the state’s defined benefit plan, the defined contribution plans, and the 529 program. Prior to joining Rhode Island, Andrew was the President of Wilshire Consulting and spent 25 years in various role in the consulting business.
