Product innovation and technological advancements over the last few decades have helped foster significant change in the private wealth management industry.  What was once a purely transaction-oriented business, the industry is now dominated by an endless suite of low-fee investment products as well as tools that enable investors to build bespoke financial plans at the press of a button.  These changes have required financial advisors and their firms to evolve their business models and stay in tune with a growingly sophisticated—and more affluent—client base.

Join us on October 19th, as we host Matthew Rubin, Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company to discuss the landscape for fintech in the private wealth sector.  Matthew will provide an overview of fintech’s evolution, highlight the major market segments where opportunities exist, identify the key trends that will drive the industry growth going forward, and summarize some of the important skills that practitioners will need to have in the face of potential industry disruption.
