Todd Juillerat, CFA, The Spaulding Group
Todd is a Senior Vice President with The Spaulding Group, where he leads verification and consulting engagements regarding investment performance and analytics, with a particular focus on the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®).
Previously Todd was a Managing Director within State Street's Investment Manager Services division, where he set direction for the Performance Measurement & Analytics function.
Prior to joining State Street, where he was initially Head of Performance and Analytics for State Street Global Advisors, Todd was with Invesco as Senior Director and Head of Global Performance Measurement. Prior to that, Todd was a Managing Director with JPMorgan Asset Management, where he spent 15 years in various leadership roles.
Todd earned a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has been actively involved in various industry associations, including his membership on the GIPS Executive Committee and on the advisory board to The Journal of Performance Measurement.
Debi Rossi, CIPM, Kyza Performance Consulting
She has over 30 years’ experience in the investment
performance measurement industry. Debi is a member of CFA Institute and
CFA Society Boston. From 2011 to 2016, she served on the CIPM Advisory
council, serving her final year as Committee Chair. From 2006 to 2011,
she served on the USIPC (United States Investment Performance Committee).
She was also a member of the Performance Measurement Forum. Debi
currently serves on the CFA Society Boston Programs & Education Advisory
Council. She is also on the Advisory Board of The Journal of
