Emotional IQ and the OLÉ Approach to Communicating with Clients
Learn how to Observe, Listen, and Engage by reading verbal and non-verbal cues and improving engagement with clients and colleagues up, down, and across your organization.
Lynda Katz Wilner
Lynda Katz Wilner and her company, Successfully Speaking, work with individuals and companies to help professionals Speak, Sound, and Look like leaders and master a polished professional presence. This includes public speaking, virtual and live presentation skills, voice improvement, listening skills, regional dialect and foreign accent modification, and all aspects of effective communication.
Lynda is a speech, language, and soft skills executive coach, a professional speaker, a certified virtual presenter, and a Maryland licensed and nationally certified Speech and Language Pathologist with over 30 years’ experience in individual coaching, group training, and speech, language, and voice.
Lynda hosts a monthly webinar series, “Hard Facts About Soft Skills” and interviews experts about the critical aspects of soft skills in the workplace. INTERVIEW SERIES She developed online self-study programs: “Master Your Professional Presence” and “Everyday Misspeaks That Sabotage Your Professional Presence.” She authored numerous publications for the assessment and training of nonnative English-speaking professionals to help them modify their foreign accents.
