Adapting to the New Normal: A Playbook for Virtual Leadership

Description
As we enter our 8th month of living and working in this virtual environment, we know two things: we’re here for the long haul, and we’re still learning how to embrace and adapt to it.

Many of the challenges we experienced at the beginning of the pandemic are even more exacerbated as the new normal stretches into the new year. As leaders within your organizations, you may be tackling some of these questions:
What’s the best way to showcase my credibility and leadership presence over video?
How do I combat the exhaustion that comes with being on back-to-back video calls all day long?
Are there ways to better leverage technology to keep my meetings and presentations engaging and dynamic?

Join communications expert, executive coach, and senior consultant Laura Fay from Bates Communications for a 90-minute interactive webinar about navigating the new normal. She’ll share practical tips on how to be your best self on video, how to manage grueling meeting schedules, and how to effectively use tools to keep your audience engaged. Submit your questions in advance, and come prepared to share with and learn from your peer network about what’s working right now.
