Lindsay B. Jackson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management Practice Group and a member of its Fiduciary Task Force. Ms. Jackson focuses her practice on matters under the ERISA fiduciary responsibility rules, including issues related to plan investments and governance, prohibited transactions and exemptions, and the Department of Labor's fee disclosure requirements. She has experience representing clients in DOL investigations and audits and Securities and Exchange Commission examinations.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Lindsay was an associate in the employee benefits practice of a US national law firm.
During law school, Lindsay served as an articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and interned at a law firm in Germany. Before embarking on a legal career, she oversaw the technical documentation for the EMEA division of a groundbreaking mapping software and data company.
Ms. Jackson has also counseled clients on qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plan design, drafting, compliance, corrections and day-to-day administration in both the single and multiemployer contexts.
